Hospitality – Primarily in Southwestern United States. Discounted 1st trust deed/mortgage portfolios. Performing/Non-Performing Mortgages. Broken condo projects. Potential for future conversion into individual unit ownership.

Timeshare – Nationwide. Performing and/or Non-Performing Receivables. Lender and/or Developer positions.

Our investments start at a low of $2MM, with a preferred size of $25MM to $100MM.
